Cecile worked for Zu’bi & Partners as Office Manager from February 2011 to December 2015, during which time she managed the back office operations of our busy family owned international law practice, reporting directly to me. Cecile was responsible for managing the full administrative function of the Firm; in particular, she led both our lawyers and the support team who are multinational and multicultural. Cecile led the Firm through a transition period following a merger of law firms, and the subsequent streamlining of full scope administration systems, IT and working practices. Cecile’s high standards of work, reliability, ethics and values coupled with her diligence and dedication enabled our diverse team of lawyers and admin staff to continue delivering first class legal services to the satisfaction of our local and international clients. I was sorry to see her leave as she became an integral part of our Firm and family, but I fully understood her desire to pursue her career aspirations. We wish Cecile best of luck and she can re-join us anytime she desires.

Cecile Scaros worked for the Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) from July 1999 to August 2008, first as Research & Marketing Officer then quickly came up through the ranks to the position of Business and Resources Manager, thanks to her strong organizational skills, unwavering dedication and professionalism. From the beginning, Cecile proved to be an invaluable resource to APSE; her involvement with the organization, attitude and integrity were highly praised by colleagues and members of the Association alike. Cecile was absolutely excellent. She managed the whole recruitment process from drafting the ad to liaising with the candidates after the final interview prior to the offer being made.
